Torrone di Mandorle



½ cup honey

¾ cup caster sugar 

3 cups Mandolé Orchard Roasted Almonds



  1. Lightly grease a lamington tray with a little almond oil or olive oil. 

  2. Place honey in a saucepan over a low heat and cook for 5 minutes.  Add the sugar and continue to cook, stirring until the mixture forms a thick, dark toffee. 

  3. Add Mandolé Orchard Roasted Almonds and stir for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat, then pour the mixture into the prepared tray. Spread until it’s even. 

  4. Leave to cool for approximately 5 minutes. Whilst still slightly warm, slice the torrone into pieces. 

  5. Store in an airtight container for up to two months.
