Go-To Chia Seed Bowl

Serves 4



1 cup Mandolé Orchard Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 cup plain Greek yoghurt

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Pinch salt

¼ cup chia seeds

1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc.)

¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted (optional)



  1. In a medium bowl, gently whisk the almond milk, yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, the vanilla extract and pinch of salt until blended.  Whisk in the chia seeds. Let stand for 30 minutes. Stir again to distribute the seeds if they have settled.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Spoon into four bowls or glasse and mound the berry mixture and sliced almonds on top to serve.
