Almond Milk Mashed Potato

Serves 6



800g potatoes peeled and chopped into quarters

150g Mandolé Orchard Unsweetened Almond Milk

50g butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Pinch of nutmeg



  1. Peel potatoes and cut into small chunks. Cook in large saucepan of boiling water for 20 minutes or until tender. 

  2. Drain potatoes and return to saucepan. Using a potato masher, mash potatoes until you achieve a smooth consistency.

  3. Add almond milk and butter to potatoes and beat with a wooden spoon until fluffy over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Add a pinch of nutmeg to serve.
